My unique qualifications ...

EDUCATION:

• • Bachelor's degree in Nursing 

  • Certifications and training in numerous mind/body, energy medicine and holistic therapies

  • 1000+ hours in formal and informal study 

SPECIALTIES:

• • I walk with one foot firmly planted in modern science, and the other foot confidently walks within the metaphysical world 

    • I am highly proficient at muscle response testing which I use to communicate with your body to get the answers that it holds for you -- your body's innate wisdom and it's ability to heal 

      • I use this same skill-set to work with healing your pets

    • My passion and intuitive abilities and insights fuel my desire to support others on their healing journey

    • I also use sound (singing bowls, tuning forks), dowsing, angel cards, etc. if/when indicated to support your treatments

  • I integrate neuroscience and somatic (body-based) approaches into all treatment modalities that involve the nervous system

  • My work is "trauma-informed". I am not, nor do I pretend to be, a mental health professional. 

    • Emotional and intergenerational trauma is a subject I find fascinating, have studied, and continue to learn about and apply in my treatments. 

Energetic modalities have changed my health and my life.

    • I am extremely passionate about the difference I've seen it make with my clients physical, mental and emotional health and their overall well-being. 

My passion is helping people heal from emotional wounds and trauma (both known and unknown) that lie beneath 

their pain and struggle so they can move forward in life with more ease and grace
